At TopTeam, we use both the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) to get the right documentation in place. FAT ensures that the system and its components function properly and that all production and configuration of the manufacturing compositions is performed correctly. In addition, the performance of the system is also tested to comply with the requirements specification. After the installation of the structure, FAT is repeated to check that the structure has been installed correctly and that no damage has occurred during the installation, a so-called SAT test.

We perform a risk assessment of the machine to investigate whether the machine in any way contains dangerous elements that may pose a risk to employees when the machine is in use. In some cases, hazardous elements cannot be avoided for the machine, and in such situations, the task is to document how to minimize risks as much as possible. The risk assessment is also part of the technical dossier.
Operating instructions
The operating instructions are also part of the technical dossier. It is a requirement that an operating manual is included with any machine that is CE marked. We can help make operating instructions in Danish, English, or German, and we usually design our instructions with picture illustrations to make our instructions as user-friendly as possible.
